About
Neemel is a memory-layer API for assistants and agents. Independent company. This site describes Neemel.
About the name. From Greek mneme (memory), respelled so the brand can be spoken in one breath. Pronounce it NEE-mel. The product is the trace an agent keeps across sessions.
Team
Founder. Wrote the first extraction contracts in a ruled notebook in Pune, 2024.
Chief executive. Runs Keep and Estate with customers who already have an agent in production.
Head of graph store. Temporal edges, entity keys, and the recall compiler. Named reviewer on graph pull requests.
Retrieval. Ranking, latency budgets, and the spoken-turn packet cap of 800 tokens.
Developer experience. SDKs, quickstart, and the MCP server.
Solutions. Onboards Keep and Estate crews, from support desks to voice runtimes.
Careers
San Francisco studio plus remote across IST and CET. Apply with a short note and a link to work. Graph roles go to Rahul. Everything else goes to Asha.
Own search latency and ranking. You will publish reproducible p95 numbers and keep the spoken-turn budget honest.

Notes
The last two hundred turns in context is a bet that the model will notice the right line. Neemel extracts what should persist, stores it, and hands back a small packet. The transcript can be archived. The mnemonic stays queryable.
A travel plan, a temporary constraint, a job that ended. Patch the node, keep a temporal edge, and let search prefer the current line. Harbor Ops used this to stop last week’s itinerary from boarding the next session.
Kite Desk holds 900ms for a spoken turn. Retrieve is budgeted at 40ms. Keiji Mori’s note in July 2026 walks the ranking cut that kept p95 at 38ms in US East on Keep.
Research
On the internal MiraDesk set (1,200 held-out turns, June 2026), a 12-line packet recovered 91.4% of judge-agreed constraints. Method: search with include_context.
Rahul Iyer’s graph note marks a fact retired when a patch lands with status: superseded. Search default is current-only. History is available with a filter.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Isolation per project. Deletion APIs land within 24 hours for a single memory and within 7 days for a full user export-and-wipe. DPA on Estate. Optional customer-managed keys. User memories stay customer data.
Access to production graphs is logged. Neemel staff need a ticketed reason and a time-boxed grant. Subprocessors: Amazon Web Services (US East, EU West compute and storage), Cloudflare (TLS and CDN), Resend (transactional mail).
Report a vulnerability to [email protected] with subject line “security”.

Privacy
Effective 1 June 2026. Neemel, Inc. (“Neemel”) provides a memory-layer API. Memories you send through the API are customer data. We process them to provide add, search, patch, delete, and export.
Account fields: name, work email, project name, billing contact. API payloads you submit. Console logs and request metadata (timestamp, route, project id, latency). Support mail sent to [email protected].
Operate the service, bill Keep and Estate, answer support, and keep security logs. Memory payloads stay out of foundation-model training. Customer memories remain customer data.
Export and delete on request through the API or by writing [email protected]. Subprocessors are listed in Security. EU customers on Keep and Estate can pin EU West.
This marketing site stores no advertising cookies. The console uses a session cookie after sign in.
